We had A very nice Fourth of July weekend besides the weather being overcast most of the weekend. The night before We went to a BBQ at our Friends house and on the Friday night I had A night out and was able to see the movie Eclipse. Loved it by the way the best of the 3 by far. Cant wait for Breaking Dawn next to see how it all ends. On July 4th, we went to the annual parade in downtown Anchorage. Its the biggest Parade of the year in Alaska. The Parade lasts about an hour long and the Kids sat and watched the whole parade. Then they had a small carnival after where The Kids got to go on pony rides and eat some yummy funnel cakes. I was interviewed at the parade by the local news station and was on tv for 5 seconds on the 5 and 10 oclock news. Because its summertime and it doesnt get dark until 1130pm the fireworks didnt start till Midnight so We didnt go watch the fireworks but We did see the awesome Macy's Fireworks special on Tv. The only thinking missing was having Justin with us to celebrate but He will be home soon and We cant wait. Here are some pictures from our weekend.

Sorry it has been forever since I have updated. We have been keeping really busy this past month. The Kids went to summer camp for the first time for two weeks and they loved it. They loved their counselors. Daniel's were Moonlight and Panda and Hailey's were Jello and Scrunchy aka Miss Aimee. their first week was geared toward the environment and recycling and their second week was themed princess and pirate week. On the last day of camp they were able to dress like Princesses and Pirates. They both went swimming and Daniel got to go boating, play soccer, play basketball, dodgeball, and try archery for the first time along with crafts, games, and nature walks daily. Hailey got to play teeball, parachute games, jump roping and hula hooping, and She had daily games, crafts, and nature walks as well. They loved it and wanted to go longer so We definitley know for next summer to put them in camp a little longer. On the last Friday of each week they had camp spirit day where they would perform in a drama skit of the weeks theme and play war games like tug of war and water balloon games. While the Kids were in camp, I have been very busy trying to sort and organize through some stuff to prepare for our move. I didnt realize We had so much stuff till i started going through everything. I did downsize quite a bit which will help us with the move. We had A great July 4th weekend which ill do a separate post about. Zack just celebrated his 9th Birthday this past weekend and The Kids had cupcakes in honor of His Birthday. In other good news Justin should be returning from Iraq in under 2 weeks. We cannot wait. We have been waiting for this day for almost 7 months now. The Kids and I are very excited for his homecoming. That about catches everyone up. I have been posting tons of pictures on facebook for those of you that have A facebook account as well. We have had A great Memorial Day weekend. For the last 4 days We have been blessed with 80-85 degree weather in Anchorage which is definitly record high temperatures for us. It definitly feels nice after our long winter. we spent the weekend going to a few different parks. We went out to Otter lake with some Friends and the Kids got to ride paddleboats for the first time. They had A blast. We have been to several different BBQ's and the Kids have been having lots of water fun. They have played in the sprinklers, had water balloon and hose fights, and went on their Friends slip n slide. I hope the rest of our Summer is as beautiful and nice as it has been this weekend. Also I want to send out A very special Thank You To Justin and all the service Men and Woman who are over fighting for our Country. We love and Miss You Justin and will see you soon.

This is a great way to keep in touch with what's going on in the lives of the Williams' Family. With us being so far away it's great to be able to write and post recent pictures of what's going on in our lives. I am blessed to have such a wonderful family. Justin and I have been married for 9 years. Daniel is now 5 years old and Hailey is 3 years. We have Zack the Dog, Storm the Cat, Oscar the Fish, and out latest addition to the family Mr. Beans the dog. Justin is keeping busy working 12 hour shifts at the passenger terminal on base and going to school to complete his small business certificate program. I am currently a stay at home mom taking care of the kids which is definitly a full time job in itself and I spend a great deal of time volunteering at the Airman's Attic on base. Daniel and Hailey both go to pre-school 3 days a week. Hailey is currently in her 3rd year of gymnastics. She was been taking gymnastics since she was 18 months old and Daniel just finished playing basketball on the Lions pee wee league last month. We currently have 17 months left in Alaska and then we dont know where we are going to be moving after that. Justin spends his free time working on his Landcruiser and offroading. I spend my free time scrapbooking and keeping up with our blog, watching movies, and keeping up with the kids and all their activites. Daniel loves dinosaurs, superheros (batman, the hulk, superman, and spiderman his favorites, and doing arts and crafts. Hailey loves horses and ponies, barbies, princesses, playing dress up, and recently Hannah Montana. Keep checking back to our page for the newest happenings going on in out lives.
