my new look

Well i just recently got a chi for my hair and have started trying to straighten my hair on my own. I used it for the first time last night and amazing enough my hair turned out pretty straight almost like i went to a salon and had it professionally done. the drawback is it took me about 45 minutes to do and with 2 kids that is not a task i can do everyday but for special nights out i can actually do it myself. we had a girls night out last night me and a few of my girlfriends and we went to see the movie juno. I highl.3y recommend that movie it was 1 of the best chick flicks ive seen in a long time and it was pretty funny too. well here are some pics of my new look.

Hailey at gymnastics

Hailey started her second session of gymnastics this week. She was so happy to go back. she loves her teacher miss kennedy. She was 1 of the most advanced in her class and may even move up to the next class level next class term depending on how she does in her next 5 classes. She doesnt even want to be held onto anymore when she walks on the balance beam. she is in the tiny tots class right now with kids ages 18 months-3years but she may advance to the toddler class which is the 3 and 4 year olds for the next session. here are some pics from her class this week.

Hailey got her first pair of hoop earrings

Our little girl is growing up fast. My friends and i went to the mall last night and we got her her first pair of hoop earrings. She has been wearing little stud earrings since she got her ears pierced at 2 months old. She is now a big girl and has little hoop earrings and is in love with them. She prances around the house now with her new earrings and her purse and lipsticks and wants to wear her custome jewelry. Daniel is trying to convince his sissy to use the potty like him and then she will really be a big girl. we can't wait for that to happen.

The kids having fun In the snow

Well we have about 15 inches of snow on the ground now within the last 2 days. The kids had a blast today playing in the snow and throwing snowballs at each other. they also made snow angels and were rolling all around in the snow. especially Hailey she was really enjoying being out playing in the snow. Daniel was the first to want to go inside and go back to watching spongebob on tv. he doesnt like being out in the cold as much as his sister. here are some pics.

The Kids Trip To Build A Bear

The kids went to build a bear over this past weekend as a special treat. They both had gift certificates they had goten for hanukkah. Thank you Uncle Stephen, Aunt Ronna, and Matt. It was also a great way for Daniel to end his winter break. Daniel made a monkey dressed like a pirate and named him mickey the monkey and Hailey made a valentines day puppy whom she named luvpup. Now they each have 2 build a bears. Last year daniel had made dino the dinosaur for his birthday and hailey made a special collectors edition hello kitty which she named miss kitty which is now a retired item. DAniel returned back to school yesterday and was very excited to see all his friends and teachers. Hailey will start her gymnastics next week and is looking forward to that. New Years Day At Chuck E Cheese

Today daddy had to work a long 12 hour day and the kids and I went with some of our friends to chuck e chesse. Daniel ran right up to chuck e chesse and gave him a big hug and a picture he had made for him. Hailey on the other hand kept her distance but went close enough up to him to wave at him. They had fun playing games and winning tickets and getting prizes.

New Years Eve

We had a few of our friends over for new years eve. Daniel was excited all day cause his girlfriend debra was coming over. Miss hailey got make up on for the evening and was all dressed up. The kids made it up to toast in the new year. It was about 1am when they finally made it up to bed and were asleep with in a few seconds after.
