UNCLE LARRY AND COUSINS JORDAN AND HAYLEY AT WILDBERRY PARKThis past week we have had my Cousin Jordan here visiting with us. Last Friday we were lucky to be able to spend the day with myUncle Larry and Cousin Hayley. Unfortunatley they only had a day in Anchorage and had to head back to Florida. The day they were here they were able to see the base and our house, and we went to the Alaska Wildberry Chocolate Factory, Wildberry Park, and had dinner at Sourdough Mining Company where you eat in an actual old gold mine. They tried Halibut for the first time and even saw a male moose on the way to the airport. My Cousin Jordan was able to spend the week with us and this is his second trip to Anchorage. Besides our camping trip which you read about in the previous blog, we had a BBq/Fish fry at the house and cooked up some halibut, went to the movies and saw Transformers 2 which was a spectacular movie, had some awesome chinese food and Alaskan crab legs, and went to Moose's tooth which is one of the best and most well known restaurants in Anchorage where they brew their own beer and have awesome gourmet pizzas. We also had alot of time to just hang out and catch up with each other. Here are some pictures from the week. We hope everyone has a very Happy 4th of July weekend.

I can't believe I've never met Uncle Larry, Hailey or Jordan. You'd think we would have crossed paths at some family function.
