JUSTIN HAD TO GO TO WORK AND JUST DIDNT WANT TO PUT THE CONTROLLER DOWN
As everyone knows Justin is deploying and leaving in a few weeks. He was orginially told He was leaving December 20th and last month when our friends Farrah and Pete were visiting they went to North Pole in Fairbanks and talked to Santa about visiting us early so Justin could be here to celebrate with us. Last week Justin got the great news that He would not be leaving now until January 2nd, but we choose to keep everything as planned because being in the military you never know if things will change again. So today We had our Christmas Eve dinner as a lunch before Justin had to go to work. I was up at 7am starting to cook and amazeinly made a very good lunch. We had our Friends Nathaen, Jamie, Alex, and Andrew over to join us for lunch. Daniel and Hailey also wanted us to open our presents they bought for us and each other at Daniel's Holiday store at school. Justin and I loved our very special gifts from the kids that they picked out special for us. Later in the evening the kids took their baths, got in their Christmas pajamas and we made cookies for Santa. Right before they went to bed the kids left the Reindeer dust outside so the reindeers knew where Santa needed to land. The kids are all snuggled in bed now waiting for the morning to see what special things Santa leaves for them.

Everything looks ready for Santa! You did a nice job with the food. I don't think I would have a clue how to make a ham.
