Memorial Day

It was a very quiet memorial day at our house. We were able to get on the web camera with both of our families and everyone was able to wish miss Hailey a happy birthday, and then we just stayed around the house today. Justin had to go to work but was able to come home for dinner and have some ribs that I cooked up in the crock pot and the kids played out back with their friend Miranda. We were just enjoying the beautiful weather and the chance to be outside. We hope everyone else had a good memorial day weekend.

A Trip To Chuck E Cheese For Hailey's Birthday

Well we went to chuck E chesse for Hailey birthday along with our friends Trent and Emily whose little boy Malachai is 1 day older then Hailey. They were both turning 3. All 3 kids had a great time. Daniel ran right up to chuck e chesse and gave him a big hug. Hailey shyed away at first but then went up with mommy and gave him a hi-five. Both kids won a total of almost 800 tickets combined in the 2 hours we were there and then cashed them in and got a huge outside ball to play in the backyard and on the trampoline. Hailey had an excellent 2 days and a great 3rd birthday.

Happy 3rd Birthday Hailey

Our baby girl will be 3 tomorrow but she had her big birthday party yesterday. She had a storybook princess and pony party. Hailey was all dressed in her pretty birthday dress which was special made for her and her auntie Amanda gave her a sparlking birthday girl sash to wear with her princess tiera. Another of my friend's made her a beautifully castle cake. Hailey definitly felt like a princess for the day. She is going around telling everyone she is 3 now. The only bad thing about that for us is no more free movies and trips to the zoo. She is no longer considered a baby under 2. Hailey got so many new presents and loves everyone of them. She now has a big girl bike and is looking forward to learning how to ride with her brother. She also has a new pink digital camera just like her brothers blue one and is all excited to take pictures. Thank you very much to both sets of grandparents for getting Hailey such awesome presents. She was also quite happy to receive dora suds and surprise and even wanted to get in the bathtub right away because it is a tub toy and her new cinderella laptop which now she has her own laptop like her brother as well from mommy and daddy and so many other neat girly gifts everyone else was so thoughtful to give her. I always stress over making sure the kids have the most perfect birthday party and again i think it was a huge sucess. Here are some pics.

Trace Adkins Concert

Last night 2 of my friends and myself went to see Trace Adkins in concert. He put on a very energetic and awsome show. He sang non-stop for 2 full hours. We were very lucky and had 11th row on the floor. We were basically sit right behind the rows of all the vip and backstage pass people. There was this cute little 7 year old boy right in front of us and it was his birthday yesterday and he was all excited cause his parents won tickets from the radio station and all he kept saying was I met Trace adkins the whole night. I can't wait to take Daniel and Hailey to their first country concert. I just can't see paying so much for tickets with them still being so young. They will get a chance to go to their first country concert next month when Wyonna Judd puts on a free concert at the air show. Of course ill have them decked out in country hats and boots. Hailey graduated to the next level gymnastics class

Hailey has graduated from the 18month-3 year tot gymnastics class to the 3-5 year old beginning gymnastics class. She still has 1 more week next wednesday but the kids are just going to have a free play day and no instruction with summer starting and school being out and some of the kids in her class arent making the final class. Hailey got an achievement certificate at her class tonight and herself and 3 other members of her class are moving up to the next level class come the end of august when they start back up. We are very proud of both kids. They have achieved alot this past year.

Summer Vacation Is Here

The kids are very excited. Now Daniel is officially done with school and on summer vacation. We have so many things planned for this summer and are ready for all the fun and sunshine to begin. Hailey has Gymnastics tonight and then 1 last class next Wednesday and then she is done for the summer as well. I can't believe it but our little girl will be turning 3 this weekend. She will be having a princess and ponies party with 28 of her friends. Yes I know im a crazy mom but you only have a birthday once a year, and then the kids get to go to chuck e chesse, Hailey in honor of her birthday and Daniel because he had such a first great year of school. We are also looking forward to going on some camping trips this summer here in Alaska. The air show is coming next month and Wyonna Judd is putting on a free concert at the Air show, the the f-15 thunderbirds will be there. I am actually going to see Trace Adkins in concert tomorrow night and looking very forward to going there. We are looking forward to our summer vacation. Going to Pennslyvania to meet some of Justin's family that we have never met and going to a huge family reunion and taking a side trip to cedar point as well which is supposed to be the rollarcoaster park of the world. Then we are on to Florida, and we are going on a cruise with Grandpa and Grandma (My birthday present thank you so much) It will be 5 days of much needed rest and relaxation. It will be the kids first time going on a ship. They have been on a plane and a train before but this will be their first ship. I am also looking very forward to my cousins joe and alison's family meeting us up in Florida and all of our kids which are all cousins that have not yet had a chance to meet to meet each other and we have tons of fun stuff planned for them all to do. Also my friend Farrah is having a baby this summer and I am so honored to be able to be in Florida and throw her a baby shower. Yes she knows about it. It's not a surprise. When we get back from Florida my cousin Jordan is flying back with us and he will be in Alaska for 10 days with us and we will be trying to show him as much of Alaska great scenery and animals as we can. We are hoping for a camping trip up in Denali Park or close by. All in all we have a very fun and jampacked summer ahead of us and we are definitly ready for it to begin. Daniel's last day of preschool

Daniel had his last day of his first year of preschool today. It seems like it was just September and we were taking him for his first day of school. He has gotten really close to his one teacher mrs. Thea thoughout the school year and he is very lucky cause she will be his teacher again next year. They had a pajama party for their last day of school and Daniel wore cars pajamas. Sissy also came to his party and just fit right in with the class as usual. Sissy is very excited cause when Daniel goes back to school august 26th his sister will be in the bears room right across the hall. They will even be togother on the playgroud the last half hour of everyday for recess. Daniel want to take some pictures with some of his good friends and we even got a few phone numbers to make playdates to play together thoughtout the summer. Daniel and 6 of his friends will be returning to the whales for their second year of preschool the rest of his class is graduating on to kindergarten. Most of the kids returning are his good friends he took pictures with. Here are some pics.
